摘要
隐喻作为一种基本的思维工具,蕴涵着某种超越现实组织世界的意向。由隐喻构成的组织意象图式是我们理解和把握组织的根本密码。组织意象中的传播隐喻是丰富多彩的。透过组织中不同的意象图式我们可以更加清晰地认识到组织传播的本质、意义和价值,从而更好地驾驭组织传播活动。
Metaphor, a basic tool of thinking, contains some images beyond the world of practical organirations. Image schemata, formed by metaphor, are primary codes for us to understand and grasp the organizations. Thanks to the various image schemata, we can have a much more distinct understanding of the quality, significance and value of organization communication so as to better control the communicative activities.
