摘要
本实验设正常对照、肝癌、肝硬化及胃肠道肿瘤４组，以放射免疫分析法检测各组血清酸性铁蛋白（ＡＩＦ）水平。结果：肝癌组ＡＩＦ的阳性率７５％，与其他各组相比均有显著性差异，同时ＡＩＦ阳性可以覆盖部分ＡＦＰ阴性患者，两者联合使用将提高肝癌的诊断率。
he serum AIF level was measured in 56 patients with hepatocarcinoma and 46 normal subjects,30 liver cirrhosis and 33 gastrointestinal tumors as controls,Radioimmunoassay was used in the experi-ments. The results showed that the positive rate of AIF in hepatocarcinoma patients reached 75%,be-ing significantly different from those in the control groups, Some hepatocarcinoma patients with AFPnegative also appeared AIF positive. The combination of the detection of AIF and AFP would obviouslyincrease the diagnostic rate of hepatocarcinoma.
