摘要
结合热压扩散工艺和NiCuMn镀层碳纤维,研究了多元镀层对CA/l界面结合性能的影响;分析了镀层含锰量对界面反应的作用机制。采用优化的热压扩散工艺C,A/l复合材料的拉伸强度可以达到180MPa左右。
Combined with the thermal-pressing diffuion bonding technique, aral carbon fibers coated with NiCuMn.the paper studied the influence of multi-element layers on interlace of C/Al diffusion honding,revealed the active mechanism of mangantese content to interface reaction.With optimal thermal-pressing diffusion process, the tensile strength of composite material C/Al can reach 180 MPa.
