摘要
采用普通砂型铸造工艺,制备出高铬铸铁增强ZG45钢基表层复合材料,通过对结合界面的显微组织分析以及硬度测定,发现复合层与钢基体之间为冶金结合,组织中无气孔和夹渣等缺陷。运用动力学理论,分析了该复合材料界面形成的机理。
High chromium east iron /steel matrix surface alloying composite has been successfully gained by sand casting. The structure of the alloying-layer is fine with no casting defects, such as blowholes and slag inclusions, and it is a metallurgie combination between the surface alloying-layer and the steel base. On the basis of the dynamics theory of alloy, the mechanism of interface-forming is analyzed in this paper.
