摘要
目的评价前路带锁钢板内固定在颈前路术中的应用效果。方法对11例颈椎骨折、脱位，1例无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤，5例脊髓型颈椎病，1例颈5椎体骨髓瘤，行颈椎前路减压，植骨融合，前路带锁钢板内固定。结果除1例脊髓完全性损伤者死亡外，其余病例获6月以上随访，术后症状明显缓解，脊髓功能明显改善，植骨均完全愈合。无钢板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症发生。结论前路带锁钢板在颈椎前路术中应用，可获得有效的固定节段稳定性，防止植骨块移位，能显著提高植骨融合率，维持术后椎间高度，减少并发症。
Objective To evaluate the application of the anterior cervical spine locking plate（CSLP） in cervical surgery. Methods Among 18patients there were 11 cases of cervical spine fracture, 1 case cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation, 5 cases of cervical spondylosis and 1 case of cervical myeloma. All were treated with anterior decompression, bone grafting and CSLP fixation. Results Except 1 patient with complete injury of cervical cord was dired, the rest were followed-up for more than 6 months. Neurological deficits improved after operation. Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in all cases. There was no breakage and loosening of the plates and the screws. Conclusion Anterior cervical spine locking plate in cervical surgery can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments, prevent graft disledgement, give a high rate of successful bony fusion, maintain cervical interbody height and avoid complication.
