摘要
闭合性腹部损伤是外科常见的急腹症,我科于1980～1985年间共收治201例,其中男163例,女38例。在致伤原因中以机动车辆碰伤最多(47.8％)。15～45岁117例,为多发年龄(58％)。全组患者均经手术治疗;一次手术者189例,二次手术者13例.三次手术者3例。单个脏器损伤140例,多脏器复合伤61例;肠破裂109例,脾破裂65例,肝破裂27例,腹部以外的脏器损伤19例;治愈188例,治愈率为93.5％;死亡13例,死亡率6.3％。本文对减少并发症、提高治愈率等有关问题进行了讨论。
Two hundred and one patients with abdominal trauma were treated between 1980-1985 years.The motor T,wehicles consist of the major cause of injury. Of the patients, 163 were male and 38, female. The ages ranged from 15 to 45. The total patients were treated operatively. One operation accounted for 189 cases, a second two times operation for 13, and a third for 3. A single organ injury were involved in 140 cases, two or more system injury in 61. Among them were 109 cases intestinal rupture, 65 spleen rupture, 27 he atic rupture. Surgery resulted in 188 cures (93.5% ) There were 13 deaths in this group ( 6.3% ) . In the retrospective study diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
