摘要
目的：研究发病率很高的静脉疾病患肢中淋巴系统的改变及静脉与淋巴两大系统之间的关系。材料与方法：对２３例伴有肢体水肿或静脉性溃疡的静脉曲张患者，经下肢顺行静脉造影明确静脉病变类型，进一步作直接或间接淋巴造影检查了解淋巴系统改变。结果：初步发现与静脉同属回流系统的淋巴系统在具静脉疾病的患肢中有淋巴管增粗扭曲、中断、及造影剂外渗、逆流等异常表现。结论：上述改变与患肢的临床症状轻重及病期长短等均有较密切的关系。
We mainly studied on the lymphatic system and relationship between venous system in the limbs and venous diseases.Materials and Methods:23 cases with venous ulcer or edema on lower limbs,classified by ascending venography,were examined by direct or indirect lymphographic examination.Results:We had found some abnormalities(dilated and tortuous collects,extravasation,reflux,etc)in lymphatic system which belongs to the reflux system like venous system,Conclusion:These abnormal menifestations had close relationship with the degree and duration of venous diseases in low limbs.
