摘要
以昆明小白鼠为实验对象,腹腔注射腺苷及类似物5-环己腺苷以及腺苷受体拮抗剂氨茶碱,观察动物在急性重复缺氧过程中缺氧耐受性及其在低压氧仓中存活时间的变化。结果发现,5-环己腺苷和氨苯碱分别显著延长和缩短了小鼠各次缺氧耐受时间及低氧下的存活时间。提示,腺苷及其类似物可通过A_1受体保护脑神经细胞,预防缺氧损伤。
he effects of adenosine(ADO),cyclohexyladenosine(CHA)and aminotheophyline(AMT),were examined upon the mouse’s tolerance changes of acute repeated hypoXia and survival time inhypobaric chamber. CHA and AMT significantly prolonged and shoriened the tolerance and sur-vival time,respectively,These results indicate that ADO and its analogues may protect the cerer-bral neurons from hypoxia damage via A1- adenosine receptor.
