主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊治与护理体会 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床观察和护理体会.方法收治主动脉夹层动脉瘤12例,给予绝对卧床、降血压、镇痛等在内的综合保守治疗,此外,主动脉开窗治疗1例;应用覆膜支架封堵撕裂口行介入修复术3例.结果12例患者中,死亡3例,其中DeBakeyⅠ型2例、DeBakeyⅡ型1例,死亡率25%.其余随访4～28个月,均健在,临床症状消失,恢复正常生活.结论早期诊断和及时恰当的治疗、严密观察和精心护理是降低病死率的关键.
