摘要
随着三代广谱头孢菌素的应用,出现了新的β-内酰胺酶。质粒介导的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Extended-spectrumβ-lactamasesESBLs)主要由肠杆菌科细菌产生,能水解青霉素类。头孢菌素类及单环类抗生素,ESBLs主要来源于TEM及SHV系列,但近年来也出现了一些不是来源于TEM和SHV系列的酶,另外还报道了一些与头孢菌素酶相关的对所有头孢素包括头霉素类耐药的新酶。本文对ESBLs的来源、分类以及分子特性等几方面进行了综述。
Plasmid-mediated extended-spectrumβ-lactamases (ESBLs)can hydrolyze penicillins、cephalosporins and monobactams which derivefrom TEM or SHV enzymes. Recently,ESBLs that did not derive from the TEM or SHV enzymes have been reported.It also reported some new extended-spectrumβ-lactamases,which have same hydrolytic propertiesas cephalosporinases,are plasmid-mediated. This paper reviewed the origination,classification and molecular characteristics of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases.
