化工实验室内环境空气耗氧量的测定

摘要 用重铬酸钾-硫酸吸收液测定空气耗氧量(AOD),在采样流速为0.1 mL/min,样品在沸水浴中加热时间为60 min时,采样效率大于99%,回收率大于90%,相对标准偏差小于2%.对某高校所有化工实验室的AOD进行调查,测得样本39个.结果表明,AOD小于8 mg/m3的测定结果占所有测定结果的25.6%.AOD为8~16mg/m3的数据占25.6%,16~24mg/m3与24~32mg/m3数据各占20.5%;AOD大于32 mg/m3占7.8%.测定结果无一定的规律性,与实验室试剂的挥发性、密封情况、通风情况等因素有关. Determination of air chemical oxygen demand (AOD) in chemical laboratory was studied by dichromate-sulfuric acid solution. It shows that sampling efficiency is more than 99% when current velocity of sampling is 0.1 mL/min and sampling is heated 60 minutes in boiling water. The recovery rate and relative standard deviation are more than 90% and less than 2%, respectively. The 39 samples were acquired from AOD of all chemical laboratories. The result indicates that measuring result of AOD below 8 mg/m3 reaches to 25.6%, 8~16 mg/m3 of AOD is 25.6% and 16~24 mg/m3 and 24~32 mg/m3 of AOD is 20.5%, respectively. AOD above 32 mg/m3 comes to 7.8%. The results are unregular and related to volatile and sealing of reagents, ventilation and other factors in the laboratory.
