摘要
为了解 DME 燃油系统的一些基本特性,解决燃油系统与发动机匹配的问题,对原有的 EFEP 657型喷油泵试验台 进行了改造,使之满足 DME 喷油泵试验的要求;为使发动机燃用 DME 时产生与燃用柴油同等大小的功率,对 DEM 所需 的油量进行了估算,在此基础上,对影响发动机的主要因素,如出油阀参数,凸轮型线,柱塞直径,喷油嘴喷孔等进行了 分析选择,并对音速问题进行了讨论,最后提出了一套能够满足原机动力性和欧Ⅲ排放标准的燃油系统参数。
Pump bench for EFEP 657 series was reconstructed to meet experiment requirements of DME pump for comprehending characteristic of DME fuel system and matching between fuel system and engine. DME fuel amount was evaluated in order to output same power compared with diesel. The main influential parameters of engine, such as parameters of delivery valve, cam profile, plunger diameter, nozzle orifice were analyzed and optimized, and problem for sound speed was investigated. Parameters of fuel system that can meet Euro-Ⅲ emission regulation and power performance of original engine were advanced finally.
