摘要
主要介绍了用于柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射控制系统的硬件开发框架及各部分主要功能。其中用到硬件电路实现 组合驱动逻辑,从而简化了软件工作量,容易调试并且容易配置成实际控制对象所要求的驱动波形。增强了该硬件电路 板的可移植性。实际试验中用此硬件电路板通过编制软件控制策略实现了共轨压力、喷油量、喷射定时、小油量喷射等 的可靠控制。
This paper introduced the controller' s hardware frame and the main functions for common rail fuel injection system. By using hardware circuit, the combined driving logic was fulfined, thus reduce the work of software, make the hardware easily debug and adjust to generate needed waveforms. In practice, with designed control algorithm, common rail pressure, fuel injection quantity, fuel injection timing and small quantity injection were controlled reliably.
