摘要
企业国际化研究企业如何向跨国企业演变发展,随着国际竞争环境的变化,中国企业的国际化战略也由内向国际化转向外向国际化“,走出去”成为企业的必然选择。在企业国际化的过程中,企业的技术水平、产品战略、海外投资的固定成本、母国与东道国的文化差异、东道国的管制与工业化程度等是企业国际化的主要影响因素。中国企业应该采取“差异化”“、本地化”及“渐进推进”等战略,以提升中国企业的国际竞争力。
With the variation of the international competitive environment, Chinese enterprises' international strategy has changed from introverted internationalization to extroverted internationalization. The paper mainly discusses the major factors that influence enterprises' internationalization such as technical level, products strategy, fixed cost of overseas investment, cultural gap between the home and host countries. It argues that in order to enhance their international competitiveness, Chinese enterprises should adopt the strategies of “differential tactic”,“localization tactic”and “radual oromotion”.
