The definition of high speed processing and its advantage compared to traditional processing method are introduced. It＇s elaborated that the more demand on mold high speed processing system （processing machine system, tool system, CAD/CAM technology, etc. ） and processing strategy is desired owing to the particularity of mold processing and the characteristics of high speed processing technology.
