摘要
采用一阶导数分光光度法测定了凝胶中双氯芬酸的含量。平均回收率为１００．３％，ＲＳＤ为０．９％。方法可靠，结果准确。
Diclofenac sodium in gel was determined by the first order derivative spectrophotonietry. The average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 0.9%.The Method was reliable and accurate.
