摘要 在微波辐射条件下,以L-乳酸为原料抽真空直接合成低分子量聚乳酸。根据微波辐射的特点制作了两口 长颈反应釜,考察单体纯度、催化剂种类和用量、聚合时间、聚合温度等因素对聚L-乳酸粘均分子量的影响,确 定了最佳工艺;并采用IR、1H NMR和13C NMR等测试手段对聚合产物进行了结构表征。 Poly( latic acid ) was synthesized by L-latic acid in vacumme under microwave irradiation. According as the characteristics of microwave heat, the hong-neck reactor with two oralia was designed.Effect factors on viscosity-average molecular weight of Poly(L-latic acid ) such as monomer purity, the variety and quantity of catalyst, polymerizing time and temperature were studied.Optimum technology was established.The product was characterized by IR, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
