摘要
介绍了一种采用数字集成振荡器4047组成的电容传感器位移测量电路,利用89C51单片机的软硬件资源对测量信号进行数据采集和处理,消除了传统调频测量电路的非线性和频率慢漂移的特点,在大大提高测量精度的同时,可根据需要改变灵敏度和分辨率,提高了检测的灵活性。
Introduced a capacitor sensor circuit for measurement for displacement with digital integrated oscillation 4047. Used the hardware and software resources of single chip computer 89C51 to digitally collect and process signal measured. It overcomed the short-comings of previous frequency modulation measurement circuits:non-linear and frequency drifts slowly. The system not only improved the precision of measurement a lot, but also adjusted sensitivity, resolution ratio according to requirements, thus the flexibility of measuring was improved a lot.
