摘要
根据汽车在制动时的受力分析,确定了制动力分配比初值,给出了制动力分配比β的极限关系式,并对制动系统主要元器件的参数选取对汽车制动性能的影响进行了分析;提出了在满载与空载不同的使用频率下,整车具有良好制动稳定性、较高制动效率的一种优化设计方法;结合某轻型运输车的实例进行了优化设计,并在常用路面附着系数范围内进行了仿真计算。所得结果对汽车制动系统设计有一定的指导意义。
According to the mechanical analysis of the vehicles driving, the initial value of braking- force distribution ratio is ascertained, and the limit equation of the braking-force distribution ratio is given. The influence of parameter selection of main elements of the braking system on the braking property is discussed. An optimization designing method is presented to get better braking property under different working frequencies which corresponds with the conditions that the vehicle is fully loaded or empty. An optimizing design of a light transport vehicle is taken as an example and simulative calculation is made as the adhesion coefficient is in a range of common roads. This study is helpful to the braking system design of vehicles.
