摘要
用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对接骨木果油进行萃取研究,采用四因素三水平正交试验,探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间、CO2流量对接骨木果油萃取率的影响,研究得出最佳萃取条件为:压力30MPa,温度45℃,时间3h,CO2流量25Kg/h。
The effects of extraction pressure ,temperature,time, rate of CO2 flow on the extraction rate in studies on extraction of Sambucus williamsii fruits oil by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technique were discussed by the orthogonal design [L9(3^4)].It indicates that the optimum extraction pressure, temperature, time and rate of CO2 flow for the maximum extraction was 30MPa, 40℃, 3h, 25Kg/h respectively.
