摘要
本文根据胰蛋白酶降解肽键的专一性,计算了α_1(I)在胰蛋白酶作用下完全水解的最终产物的分子量,并研究分子量分布情况。计算表明,分子量分布范围在213.21~3702.60之间;主峰在750~1000;两个大碎片的分子量分别为3094.93和3702.60;重均分子量力1140。这些数据对于利用胶原或明胶降解来制备水解蛋白具有重要的参考意义。
According to the bond-breakdown speciality of trypsin,present paper calculates the molecular weight of α_1(Ⅰ)chain final products degraded by trypsin and researches the limits of the molecular-weight. It is indicated that the molecular weight is ranged between 213.21-3702.6,the main peak is between 750-1000,and there are two large fragments whose molecular weights are 3094.93 and 3702.6,respectively.The weight-average molecular weight is found to be 1140. These data are of reference importance for the preparation of hydrolyzed protein from collagen and gelatin.
