摘要
本文采用改良Hughes法与Cutler-Beard法相结合并进行改良,对86例眼睑恶性肿瘤进行手术切除眼睑再造,成功地施行Ⅰ期整复手术,方法简便,获得治疗、美容、功能的良好效果。本组病例说明肿瘤切除与整形手术一期进行是可取的,并且也是眼睑恶性肿瘤首选治疗方法。
This paper reports the results in the treatment of 86 cases of palpcbral malignant tumor. The operation was performed by way of the modified Hughes method and Culter-Beard method, and A further modification was made. The removal of tumor and reconstruction of cyelid were successfully completed in one stage. The operation turned out to be simple, giving a good cosmetic and functional result. It indicates that stage-1 operation in worth recommending, and ii is a treatment of choice for palpcbral malignancy.
