摘要
目的:用正畸学方法建立个别后牙移动的动物模型,观察其对大鼠咀嚼肌机械疼痛阈值的影响.方法:①个别后牙移动:采用Waldo方法--将一正畸皮圈(3M Unitek,1/8#)插入26、27之间,以27、28为支抗向近中推26.②痛觉测量:参照Ren所报道方法,据von Frey尼龙毛粗细和动物痛觉反应次数,确定咬肌疼痛分值.③用游标卡尺测量鼠26移动距离.结果:①26在1周内移动到最大距离0.8 mm.②在3~9 d双侧颞肌表现出痛觉敏感,疼痛高峰出现在第5~7天,双侧之间没有明显区别(P>0.05),右侧(对照侧)略高于左侧(实验侧).③咬肌与颞肌的变化类似,疼痛峰值也出现在第7天,持续约12 d左右,左侧比右侧稍高,并在第7天左侧(实验侧)明显高于右侧(对照侧)(P<0.05).结论:个别后牙移动可以导致咬肌和颞肌痛觉敏感.
AIM :To set up the animal model of masticatory muscle mechanical hyperalgesia induced by experimental tooth movement. METHODS:①lndividual tooth nlovement: An elastic rubber(3M Unitek, 1/8^#) was inserted between the first and second upper molars of Sprague - Dawley rat. ②Mechanical nocieeptive threshold measurement was done according to Ren's method, yon Frev filaments were used to assess the muscle mechanical threshold. ③ Sliding caliper was used to measure the distance between the first and second molars. RESULTS:①The first molar moved with maximum distance of 0.8 mm within one week. ②Bilateral temporal muscles showed hyperalgesia from 3rd to 9th day,and the peak time was 5 ~7th day. ③Masseter muscles were similar to the temporal muscles, and was induced hyperalgesia nearly from 3rd to 9th day,and the peak time was 7th day. CONCLUSION:Individual tooth movemcnt may lead to mastieatorv museles hyperalgesia.
