摘要
目的探讨脑动静脉畸形的病因,并针对病因进行诊断和治疗。方法本组71例患者,均分别经CT、MRI、MRA和DSA检查确诊。71例中,手术切除6例,血管内介入治疗15例,伽玛刀治疗35例,手术切除+血管内介入治疗5例,血管内介入+伽玛刀治疗9例,手术治疗+血管内介入+伽玛刀治疗1例。结果治愈33例,病灶缩小37例,无效1例。71例中,轻残3例,死亡1例。结论脑动静脉畸形应根据病灶大小不同、部位不同选择相应的治疗方法,可提高治愈率,降低并发症及死亡率。

Conclusions The Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation should according to the disease cooking stove the size is different, part method of different treatment of cowgirl choice, can increase to cure the rate, and lower the complications and death rate.
