介绍了高速钢轧辊特性;对比分析了高速钢与高铬铁轧辊在热凸度、摩擦系数、氧化膜特征、抗事故性等方面的区别;结合邯钢CSP生产线实际,论述了高速钢轧辊在使用和轧辊修磨及探伤方面的技术、经验和注意事项。
The characteristic of the high-speed stssl rolls is described in the article. Some differences between the rolls of high-speed steel and high-chrome iron in hot crown, friction coellieient, characteristics of oxidative film and anti-accident and so on are analyzed. Also the techniques, experience and some notices in there are discussions of using, mending and inspecting of high speed roll are discussed.
