摘要
目的了解祁东县中小学生营养状况,为科学地指导学生营养和保健工作提供依据。方法1998~2003年间,按有关标准对4所监测点学校的41551名中小学生进行身高体重测量,采用身高标准体重法评价营养状况。结果营养不良检出率平均为25.01%,肥胖检出率平均为8.05%,均有逐年上升趋势(P<0.01)。营养不良率女生高于男生,初中高于高中、高中高于小学(P<0.01)。肥胖率男生高于女生,小学高于初中、初中高于高中(P<0.01)。结论祁东县学生营养不良防治工作远未达到《全国学生营养不良综合防治方案(试行)》的目标。学生的营养和健康工作应得到学校、家长和社会各方面的关注和支持。
Objective The basic information of the nutritional status of primary and middle school students of Qidong County, to provide evidence for scientific instruction. Method From 1998 through 2003, survey was carried out among 41, 551 students according to collect their height and weight data, and their nutritional status were analyzed with standard heightweight method. Results The malnutrition rate was 25.01% rate and obesity was 8.05 %, both showed increasing trend (P 〈0.01). The malnutrition rate of girls was higher than that of boys, secondary school higher than high school, high school higher than primary school(P〈0.01 ). The obesity rate of boys was higher than that of girls, primary school students higher than that of secondary schools. Secondary schools higher than high schools ( P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The preventive work of students' malnutrition in Qidong County is far from the aims set by “The national prevention schemes against malnutrition among students.” More efforts should be paid to students' nutrition and health care and more support is expected from schools, parents and all the social workers.
