摘要
目的了解医学院校学生对食品卫生法的知晓情况,为宣传教育活动提供参考。方法采用自制问卷对两所医学院校共206名学生进行食品卫生法知识调查。结果两医学院校的学生对食品卫生法的认知程度偏低,且程序方面的条款的了解率比实体方面的了解率要低;不同学历学生的了解程度有差异。结论必须加强食品卫生法的宣传教育,尤其是法律程序方面的教育;同时必须继续提高民众的文化水平。
Objective To study medicos＇ knowledge about the tion. Method Questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to food hygiene laws in favor of the propagation and educainvestigate medicos＇ knowledge about the food hygiene laws, 206 students from two medical schools in our city were enrolled. Results Most of medicos don＇t know about the main items of the food hygiene laws, especially about the procedures, and the level of knowledge about the food hygiene laws was different in medicos of different grades. Conclusion It is necessary to enforce the propagation on food hygiene laws as well as the education on procedural law and at the same time, we must continue to improve the public civilization.
