寻常型银屑病皮损区表皮Smurf2表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨寻常型银屑病皮损区Smad泛素化调节因子2(Smadubiquitinationregulatoryfactor2,Smurf2)的表达及其意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RTPCR)和SP免疫组化法分别检测寻常型银屑病皮损和对照正常皮肤中Smurf2的表达情况。结果RTPCR显示,寻常型银屑病皮损中Smurf2表达水平上调。与对照正常皮肤相比,寻常型银屑病皮损区表皮角质形成细胞Smurf2的免疫组化染色显著增强。结论寻常型银屑病皮损区表皮Smurf2表达增强。 Objective To investigate the expression of Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor 2 (Smurf2) in psoriatic lesions. Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and SP immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the distribution and expression of Smurf2 in psoriatic lesions (n = 22) and control normal skin specimens (n = 10). Results RT-PCR results demonstrated that Smurf2 expression was significantly up-regulated in psoriatic lesions. In contrast to the low level or loss of Smurf2 expression in control normal skin, Smurf2 expression by immunocytochemical staining was significantly increased in the keratinocytes of lesional psoriatic epidermis. Conclusion Smurf2 expression was markedly increased in the hyperplasic epidermis of psoriatic lesions.
