摘要
目的掌握小儿脑瘫的早期诊断,提高对早期治疗的认识并强调家庭的参与治疗。方法观察、分析脑瘫患儿的早期症状及体征。将患儿分为医院治疗组、医院加家庭治疗组和未经治疗的对照组,进行疗效比较。结果医院治疗组总有效率为91.07%,医院加家庭治疗组总有效率75.93%,对照组总有效率为11.76%;且年龄越小,治疗效果越好。结论2岁以内是大脑生长发育最快的时期,脑瘫要尽早诊断和治疗。重视家庭的参与治疗。
Objective To master early diagnosis of cerebral palsies in children , and improve cngnition to early treament. Moreover, parents involving in treatment is great helpful. Methods Observe and analyze early symbols and signs of cerebral palsy children. Patients were divided into three groups ：hospital treatment group, hospital and family treatment group, and no treatment group. Their treatment effect were compared. Results The effective rate of the hospital treatment group was 91.07%, the effective rate of the hospital and family treatment group was 75.93 %, the effective rate of the control group was 11.7 96. Conclusion The fastest stage of brain grow is under two years . Diagnose and treat as soon as earlier are the development trend nowadays, and pay attention to parents involving in treament.
