摘要
当前国家推广普通话的基本思路是:以城市为中心,以学校为基础,以党政机关为龙头,以新闻媒体为榜样,以公共服务行业为窗口,带动全社会推广普及普通话。按照这个思路而采取的基本措施有三:实行目标管理、量化评估,开展普通话水平测试,开展全国推广普通话宣传周活动。
At present, the basic strategy for our country to popularize standard Chinese is as follows： cities schools are bases; the Party and governmental institutions take the lead; the mass media set examples; businesses are windows. Thereby, are centers; and service standard Chinese can be spread among the whole society. According to this strategy, we may adopt the following three basic methods： enforcing the target management and quantity assessment; conducting the proficiency test of standard Chinese; calling for propaganda week of popularizing standard Chinese in the whole country.
