摘要
以我国青少年足球教练员为对象,采用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计等方法,对我国青少年足球教练员能力结构进行研究.旨在探究现阶段我国青少年足球教练员的能力结构现状和能力需求;分析不同年龄结构、文化程度、运动经历与水平、执教情况的教练员之间能力结构差异及存在原因;构建我国青少年足球教练员能力结构体系.为各地区开展足球教练员及其它项目教练员培训工作及选择教学内容和方法提供理论参考.
By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper studies the ability structure of the research object - Chinese adolescent - soccer coaches. The aim is to probe the status of ability structure and the ability demand of them, and to establish an ability structure system of Chinese adolescent - soccer coaches. So as to provide theoretical reference to launch post training of soccer coaches and coaches of other events while choose teaching courses and methods in various areas.
