摘要
在混合加速寿命试验模型(序进应力加速寿命试验和恒定应力加速寿命试验相结合)下,讨论了寿命分布为威布尔分布时的参数估计问题,给出了形状参数的逆矩估计以及加速系数的置信区间.并且随机模拟一组样本,验证了这个方法的有效性.
This article estimates some parameters in the two- parameter Weibull distribution by the hybrid ALT（accelerated life test） method, and gives the inverse moment estimator for the shape parameter, at the same time the confidence interval of the accelerated coefficient is given. In order to check the validity of this method, this article stochastically simulates a set of samples at last.
