摘要
分析了1983年3月～1993年3月间确诊为 Hunt 综合征32例,采用大剂量类固醇静脉滴注,在2周内治疗者27例,24例痊愈。2周后治疗者无1例痊愈。故认为2周内及时治疗效果良好。面神经功能完全恢复者,其镫骨肌反射正常或重新引出。故镫骨肌反射检查对该病估计面瘫恢复的预后是完全必要的,并对该病的诊断进行了讨论。
We studied 32 patients with Hunt syndrome over the ten-year period between March 1983 and March 1993.27 of them were treated with high dosage steroide by the intraverous route within 2 weeks.Full recovery was obtained in 24 of them.But the cure rate was zero by 2-week later medical procedures.We find result was good by treatment of steroide within 2 weeks.The acoustic stapedial reflex in the patients became normal or grew afresh,whose facial nerve func- tion gained complete recovery.Seapedius muscle reflex was all necessary for evaluating the prog- nostic recovery of facial paralysis.The diagnosis of the disease was discussed.
