摘要
对使用国产埋植剂Ⅰ型的127例、Ⅱ型的73例妇女进行避孕效果观察,200例均经术后一年随访。在一年内有5例因月经紊乱和医学原因取出,终止率为2.5/100接受者。一年继续使用率为97.5/100接受者。200例中无一例失败,避孕有效率为100%。
This paper report that 200 women were accepted the insertion of Norplant Ⅰ and Ⅱ subdermal implantation made in our country from Dec,1993 to Sept,1994 according to the criteria.Among 200 cases of implantation,127 cases were in Norplant Ⅰ and 73 cases were in Norplant Ⅱ.All of the acceptors has been followed for six months to one year within a year,5 cases were terminated due to the menstrual problem or other medical reasons.The termination rate was 2.5 percent.One year continuous use rate was 97.5 percent.There was no failure in this study.The effect rate of contra- ception was 100%.All the results showed that the cont raceptive effect of domestic Norplant subder- rnal implantation is sure.It also indicate that the effect and side effect of both domestic and import products are similar.
