摘要
为探索在一般实验室建立起模仿人类口腔生物学环境的体外模型，作者在现有的实验室条件下，建立了简易人工口腔，并进行了单菌和双菌菌斑形成，活菌计数和牙釉质微硬度测定等实验，以证实其可行性。
Asimpleartificialmouthmodelisestablishedunderourlaboratorycondition.Devel-opmentofmonobacterialplaqueandmixedbacterialplaquewasstudiedinthisartificialmouthmodel.Thesamplesweresubjectedtoviablecount,microhardnessmeasurement,etc.Theresultshowedthatthecontroledconditionsofthemodelcanbeusedtostudyplaquedevelopmentandearlierenam-ellesionproductiononatime-dependentbasis.Itisconcludedthatthesimpleartificialmouthmodelissuitableforawiderangeofdentalapplications.
