摘要
用 RFC—SpA 法检测动物血片 EHF 抗原,同时用 IFA 检测肺抗原作平行对照,186份鼠血片抗原阳性率为10.2%,肺抗原阳性率为4.8%。用 RFC—SpA 法检测血片EHF 抗原,方法简便,结果可靠,在 EHF 疫情监测中易于推广应用。
This paper reports the result of detecting animals blood-smear of EHF by RFC-SPA methods,and that lung antigen by IFA methods was used as parallel contnol·The positive rate of mice blood-smear was 10.2% by RFC- SpA and lung antigen was 4.8% by IFA.The result showed that detection of EHF antigen in blood-smear was very simple and reliable by RFC-SpA. The technic can be encouraged to use in surveillance of EHF epidemic state.
