摘要
运用文献资料、数理统计、比较分析等研究法,对中国田径优秀运动员在近几届奥运会、世界锦标赛中的表现,特别是从2004年雅典奥运的成绩剖析了中国田径竞技运动的发展现状,并以雅典奥运会参赛选手(我国重点项目北京奥运的主要对手)为背景资料进行针对性的比较研究。研究结果表明:中国田径只属起步阶段,整体水平不能令人乐观。经过与世界同项目优秀运动员的状况进行对比分析后,把我国田径竞技运动规划为优势、潜优势项目(高栏、链球、中长跑、竞走)、待发展项目(女子长投、全能等)进行积极备战,并对这些重点项目进行针对性的科学化攻关训练。在训练实践上,教练员、科技服务攻关团在训练理念、方法、手段上要勇于创新,对于成功的经验要进行科学的总结与推广,完善与发展田径竞技运动训练、参赛的理论体系,力争把脉田径竞技运动的训练规律;加大资金与科技力量的有效投入,做好后勤保障工作与科技服务的宏观控制,调动一切资源为奥运备战,确保最大效能产出。
With the combination of literature review, statistic analysis and comparative analysis, this paper conducted a profound and extensive comparative analysis on the development situation of Chinese track and field based on performances of Chinese track and field athletes in the recent Olympic Games and Worhl Competition, especially in the competition of 2004 Athens Olympic Games. The results of this research indicated that the Chinese track and field is still on the beginning period, and the entire level is not so positive. Based on the comparative analysis between the Chinese team and the worldwide advanced athletes, it is proposed that the track and field should be divided into advantaged events, potential advantaged events and the events to be developed, which should be conducted scientific training with purpose. In the procedure of practical training, the coaches and the team of sports experts should reform and innovate in the items of training idea, methods and approaches, summarize and implement the successful experiences, develop and consummate the theoretical system of training and competition in competitive track and field training, and strive to grasp the training principles. Furthermore, it is suggested to enhance the investment of finance and techniques and make a good macro-control of logistics and technique service in order to make advantages of all the resources to prepare for the 2008 Olympic Games.
