摘要
土家族是一个能歌善舞的民族。通过对土家族“舍巴日”———摆手舞历史本源的考辨,探讨了土家族多姿多彩的摆手舞活动,并由摆手舞引发的民族体育文化事项进行了反思,认为由于社会的发展,土家摆手舞摆脱了其本身的一些宗教色彩,逐渐形成为一种独立的歌舞身体活动形式。虽然经过历史长期的演变,但这种体现本民族气质的歌舞身体活动,仍具有众多的支持者和参与者。
Tu nationality is a nationality that is good at dancing and singing. Based on the investigation of the historical resources of waving hand dace of Tu nationality on Sheba Day, this stndy explored the varieties of waving hand dance and re considered the nationality sport culture which is caused by waving hand dance. It is recognized that with the development of society, waving hand dance removes off its religious background and turns to be an independent dance activity. Although after a long-term historical evolvement, this dance still embodies unique spirit of Tu nationality and has a great number of participators and supporters.
