摘要
本文从中医院校教学科研工作实际出发，分析了中医院校图书馆开展参考咨询与情报检索工作的特点和要求。提出了中医院校必须进一步加强对情报咨询工作重要性的认识，加强情报咨询工作队伍的建设及加强对在校学生和教师文献利用能力教育的认识。
This article introduced the situation of the education and science reservation in the college of TCM,and analysised the specialists. Information retrieval and reader's advisory service in the library of these colleges.
