摘要
文章分析了我国文献资源整体建设的必要性和现实条件及影响我国文献资源整体化建设的各种障碍因素，提出了我国文献资源整体化建设的战略思路和战略目标及战略措施等。
It is discussed in the article the problem of macro-control of documentary resource construction in China from 1996 to 2050.First we explain the necessity and the posslblllty of Integrated construction ofdocumentary resources in China.We then analyse the factors which hinder us in constructing documentary resources.At last we propose the the strategic emphasis and several strategic measures In lutegrated construction of documentary resources.
