摘要
中国气象局预测减灾司和科技发展司于2004年3月5日在中国气象局联合举办了“十五”国家科技攻关计划“中国气象数值预报系统技术创新研究”（GRAPES）阶段成果发布会。中国气象局局长秦大河在会上称赞能取得这样的成绩令人振奋，这不仅仅是中国气象局数值预报创新基地的光荣和骄傲，也是中国气象工作者的骄傲。有关业务和研究单位的代表对GRAPES模式的引进与试用表示了极大兴趣，表示要在本单位业务和研究中试用GRAPES模式。从成果发布至今，全国近50家单位与我中心签定GRAPES业务化试验合同。
The Department of Forecasting Services and Disaster Mitigation and the Department of Scientific and Technological Development, the China Meteorological Administration （CMA）, held jointly the inter-phase achievements releasing meeting of the project ＂Research on Technical Innovation of Numerical Weather Forecasting＂ in Beijing on 5 March 2004. Qin Dahe, Administrator of CMA, praised highly these encouraging achievements and the scientists made efforts in the related researches. The participants from the associated departments showed great interests in the GRAPES （Global/Regional Assimilation Prediction Enhanced System）, and said that they would like to put it to trial use in their operational service and researches. About 50 institutions have signed application contracts with us.
