摘要
本文提出了形状记忆合金线性回复行为的新概念 ,并对线性回复性能指标进行了具体定义。通过测试TiNi形状记忆合金弹簧的热回复曲线 ,研究了经过不同热处理工艺TiNi形状记忆合金的线性回复特性。结果表明 :通过适当的热处理工艺手段 ,可以显著改善TiNi形状记忆合金的线性回复性能 ,最佳的热处理工艺为5 5 0℃空冷 ,它将线性回复程度PL从 5 6%提高至 92 % ;线性回复率η从 5 4%提高到 83 % ;线性温度范围TW从 4℃拓宽为 6℃。
A new concept of linear recovery behavior in TiNi shape memory alloy (SMA) has been proposed, and its property index has been defined. Through testing the heat reversion curves we study the TtNi SMA spring' s linear reversion effect under different heat treatments. The results indicated that the proper heat treatment technology can modify obviously the linear recovery properties of TiNi SMA spring. The optimal heat treatment technology is 550 ℃ + AC: the proportion of linear reversion (PL) was increased from 56% to 92%, the ratio of hnear reversion ( ) was increased from 54 % to 83 %, and the temperature range of the linear reversion (TW) was enlarged from 4 ℃ to 6 ℃.
