摘要
晋商在明清时期雄踞国内三大商帮之首,驰骋商界500余年,取得了世人瞩目的辉煌业绩,可与犹太商人、威尼斯商人相媲美。值此新世纪之初,回顾晋商历史,探讨晋商精神,对于我们开发西部,振兴西部经济,有着非同寻常的现实意义和深远的历史意义。本文对晋商的历史、组织机构、组织管理、与晋商精神的内涵、灵魂及其现实意义等作了简要论述。
The Jin （Shanxi） merchants came first on the list of three major business groups during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. They had played an outstanding role in the business circles for more than 500 years and had made brilliant achievements which can be compared favorably with Jew and Venice Merchants. At the beginning of this century, looking back on the history of Jin merchants and approaching their spirit will have a significant practical and historical meaning on the development of opening up west China and vitalizing the economy of west China. This thesis elaborates the history, organization, and management of the Jin merchants. It also discusses the intension, soul and practical meaning of the spirit of Jin merchants.
