摘要
MSTP(Multi-ServiceT ransportPlatform)是基于SDH的多业务传送平台。M STP是指基于SDH平台同时实现TDM,ATM和以太网等业务的接入处理和传送,并提供统一网管的多业务综合传送设备。M STP设备是对传统SDH设备的继承和发展,是传送技术演进的重要阶段。M STP的引入不但可以充分利用现有的丰富的SDH网络资源,借鉴SDH传输系统多年的网络运维和管理经验,完全兼容目前大量应用的TDM业务,还可以实现以太网、ATM等多种业务的综合传送和接入,满足日益增长的数据业务需求。文章主要介绍了M STP技术的特点及新一代M STP的产生背景,并在最后对其在几项业务中的应用做了较为详尽的论述。
MSTP is multi-service transport platform based on SDH. It realizes TDM ,ATM and Ethernet receive processing and transmission,and provides MSTP equipment which is managed by unified Internet. MSTP is the development of SDH and it is an important step of transport technology. MSTP can not only use abundant SDH resources and compatible TDM, but also realize comprehensive transmission of Ethernet and ATM. This paper mainly introdues characteristics of MSTP and background of new generation MSTP,at the and of this text,a detailed discussion of its application is given in the service platform.
