护理干预对前列腺素E_1治疗冠心病心绞痛副作用的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗冠心病心绞痛副作用的护理干预措施,减少或避免PGE1副作用的发生。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。在为干预组患者静脉滴注PGE1时,注重心理护理;精心选择穿刺静脉;静滴前和静滴后湿热敷穿刺侧肢体;合理安排输液顺序;严密观察血压,严格控制输液速度。在为对照组患者输注PGE1时未采取以上护理措施。结果:干预组静脉炎、低血压发生率明显低于对照组。结论:采取积极的护理干预措施,可减少或避免PGE1副作用的发生。
