消毒剂对金属腐蚀性试验方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验表明,二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液对碳钢、铝、铜有明显腐蚀性。 In order to investigate the influence of volume of disinfectant solution for immersion and frequency of change of the solution for continuous immersion on result of experiment on corrosiveness of disinfectant to metals, experiment was carried out in laboratory. In the experiment, plates of carbon steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel were immersed in sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution ( containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L ) and degree of corrosion under different conditions was observed. The results indicated that the minimal concentration of sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution for corrosion of carbon steel was 50 mg/L of available chlorine, for corrosion of copper and aluminum was 100 and 500 mg/L respectively, and essentially no corrosion of stainless steel occurred even in the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L. The corrosion of carbon steel plate immersed in 600 ml of the solution for 72 h was heavier than that immersed in 100 ml of the solution for 72 h. Similarly, the corrosion of carbon steel plate in the group changing sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution once daily was heavier than that in the group without changing the solution. The degree of corrosion of other metal plates showed no significant difference between the test group and the control group.
