摘要
在直接法合成甲基氯硅烷单体过程中会产生大量的副产物———高沸物,对有机硅高沸物进行裂解可以制备成甲基氯硅烷。笔者综述了国内外有机硅高沸物的裂解技术,探讨了有机硅高沸物裂解的反应机理及工业化技术进展。
During the direct synthesis preparation of methylchlorosilane,a large of high-boiling component forms as by-product. The high-boiling component will be cleaved to useful methylchlorosilane. The recent research is reviewed about the application of the high - boiling residues. We study the development of the process and discuss the reaction mechanism, at the same time, point out its prospect.
