摘要
温州模式与苏南模式都是集体主义。家庭型或单位型集体主义的企业制度造就了企业的成功。而作为当代中国企业改制目标的现代企业制度,却由于缺乏集体主义情景而存在效率困境。因而,当代中国的企业改制同样需要构筑适宜的集体主义愿景。源自美国、能够塑造集体主义情景的员工持股计划,同样应该为我国企业改制所借鉴。
The enterprise institution of Wenzhou Model and Sunan Model are collectivist, which is the collectivism of family or unit model and has brought the enterprise success. But the modem enterprise institution, which is the object to the contemporary Chinese enterprise reform, contains efficiency predicament for the lack of collectivism. So the contemporary Chinese enterprise reform also needs the building of collectivism. We should refer to employee stock ownership plans which emerges from the Unite State and is able to construct collectivism.
