Approach of Direct-Adaptive Delaminating Based on UG

摘要 适应性分层是解决快速成型的成型精度和成型速度这一对矛盾体的最好方法之一。文中利用了UG二次开发技术,通过比较切片的轮廓数目和面积来综合判断层厚,提出了一种基于CAD模型的直接适应性切片方法。针对算法中的关键问题,进行了深入探讨。最后给出了分层实例,并对结果进行了分析。 Self-aecommodation cutting layer is an effective methcod to solving the contradiction between the precision and the efficiency in rapid prototyping. In this paper, Through comparing the number and area of the close contour loops, a corresponding layer height is computed. A practical direct-adaptive delaminating algorithm based on the second development technology of UG is put forward. Some key problems for slicing are discussed. In the end, an instance is demonstrated and the results are given.
