摘要
随着电网对安全生产和电能品质的要求越来越高及发电机组参与竞价上网势在必行,网内发电机组必将投入一次调频功能。介绍一次调频功能基本原理和运行方式及在深圳妈湾发电总厂300 MW燃煤机组上的试验和应用情况;通过对3种主要一次调频功能投入方式下机组运行性能的比较,肯定了配分散控制系统(DCS)且具有汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)功能的机组经过采取系列措施,如尽可能在DEH及协调控制系统(CCS)侧同时增加一次调频功能、合理安排两侧技术参数、适当完善切投措施和优化CCS提高调节品质等方法,在不影响机组稳定运行下完全有能力参与一次调频。
With the increasingly strict criteria for safety and quality of power grid, along with the inclination of quoted price competition in power industry, it is inevitable to put the frequency modulation into use on power units. This paper introduced the basic principle and unit modes of frequency modulation, and the test and application on 300 MW coal-fired unit at Shenzhen Mawan Power Plant. Comparing the operation performance under three major frequency modulations, the units with DCS and DEH can realize frequency modulation without affecting the stable operation by adding frequency function in DEH and in CCS side possibly, setting parameters of both sides properly, improving in/out of service, optimizing CCS and so on.
